Garbled text in tightvncserver

The package tightvncserver-1.3.9-6.4ubuntu1 has a bug which causes text input to be displayed incorrectly, especially in xterm.

The fix is to download tightvncserver-1.3.9-6.4 (without the ubuntu1 part) and install it using:

sudo dpkg -i tightvncserver-1.3.9-6.4_amd64.deb
(the above assumes the system is 64 bit; for 32 bit systems ignore the _amd64 part).
